Works on the gasification of Ivanjica started yesterday in Prilicko polje. Steel pipes of medium pressure, profiles of 219 mm plastic-coated, will be placed in the next ten days from the foot of Gradina to the bridge in Donji Radaljev, about 2 kilometers long. Then a new 4 km long route opens, which from the mentioned bridge leads to the opportunity of the school. The works are carried out by Konvar from Belgrade, and their investor is JP Srbijagas.
The gasification of Ivanjica starts from Arilje, more precisely from the settlement Virovo, one station will be in Priliki, the other within the Javor factory, the third near Proleter and the fourth within ŠPIK, where the gas pipeline ends.
In the second phase, low-pressure injection units for individual household connections will be installed. Installations of medium pressure from Arilje to the ŠPIK factory, according to the plan, should be finished during the next year.
The decision on the need for construction of gas facilities for the completion of the gasification started and the supply of natural gas supplies to the municipality of Ivanjica was made by the Government of Serbia.
The investment of around 880.000.000 dinars includes connection with the pipeline in Arilje, continuation of the primary gas pipeline network and connection with the already established network in the municipality of Ivanjica.
The proposal to accelerate the whole process of gasification in Ivanjica has expired from the working meeting in the Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic's cabinet, and at the initiative of the president of the municipality of Ivanjica Zoran Lazovic, with the support of German Investment Adviser George Heskens and Proleter Rainer Baumbach, owner of the company.
Construction of the pipeline is of great importance for business entities, public institutions and population, and will significantly influence the improvement of the ecological image of the municipality.
